By accessing or using CoinJoy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, providing accurate account information, and using CoinJoy only where you are legally allowed to do so. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your creator page.
Creator subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Supporters may send donations through wallet information or workflows shown on creator pages. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, may include network fees, and may be affected by third-party wallets, exchanges, payment processors, or blockchain networks that CoinJoy does not control.
Creators own the content they provide to CoinJoy, but grant CoinJoy the limited permission needed to host, display, process, and operate that content. Users must not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
CoinJoy may suspend or terminate access when users violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use CoinJoy in ways that harm creators, supporters, or the platform. CoinJoy may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.
CoinJoy is provided as a creator support tool. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CoinJoy is not liable for indirect damages, lost earnings, blockchain network failures, wallet errors, or third-party service issues.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the CoinJoy team through the support or account contact channels available in the app.
